Returns
- Whilst we hope that you are truly delighted with your order we are happy to accept returned items under the following circumstances
- Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your delivery that there is a problem and that you wish to cancel your order. Return it to us within a further 14 days (within 28 days in total).
- Return to us in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging (If you receive an order with notable signs of damage to the packaging, do not accept the item and contact us immediately)
- We will only accept a returned item from the original purchaser. Please use your order number in all correspondence
- In the case of bespoke and personalised items no refunds can be given unless the item is found to be faulty on receipt
Refunds
- Refunds will be returned to the original source of payment e.g. credit card or debit card used by the customer
- A full refund excludes the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be given within 14 days of an item being returned.
