We only ship to the following. (We are unable to send to Europe, Irish Republic, USA or the rest of the world at this time):
- UK Mainland £6.00
- UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland - (Islands include Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland) £29.00

We endeavour to despatch your items Monday through Friday and guarantee that your order will be shipped within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of your order, if in stock. Please note that there are some exceptions to this
- Special orders that are not stock items
- Bespoke embroidered, appliqued, and/or handprinted items designed and made specially for you. Timescales can be discussed when an order is placed, but may take some weeks.
- Bank Holidays (including Christmas, New Year and Easter) may cause delays
- During especially busy periods like Christmas it may not be possible to despatch within a guaranteed number of days, but we would advise you if this were the case.
- Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as these are dependent upon Royal Mail or any other courier that we use for despatch once an item has left the studio. If you feel that your delivery has been unduly delayed please do not hesitate to get in touch and we shall do our best to resolve the problem where possible.
